Mueni is a Kamba name meaning 'born when the visitors are around'. Gloria is eight years old and in grade 2. Gloria has one sister who completed high school last year and one brother in form 2. The family is raised by a single mother who is a small scale shop vendor just next to Little Lions. Gloria suffers from a heart conditio n. Despite this, Gloria is one of the top academically bright students and wishes to be a choreographer when she grows up.
